Once submitted, your artwork cannot be entered into any other competition.
The initial round of judging will be overseen by a panel of experts from across Tennessee.
Once the top 10 finalists have been selected, voting will be opened up to members of the public who can select their favorite design on the website, www.stateyourplate.org
Incomplete entries or entries that violate of any of the rules will result in automatic disqualification.
After the winner is selected, there will be a period when 500 of the plates must be pre-sold in order to have the plate passed into production.
